Honda WR-V offers both petrol and diesel engine with manual transmission only, Honda don’t offer automatic transmission which it should offer now as almost every brand started to offer automatic transmission in SUV and even in their low range segments. It has 1199cc petrol and 1498cc diesel engine, which costs from ₹8.62lakh to ₹11.06lakh ex-showroom.

 

 

Ford offers best riding quality and the and its  cabin is rich in features. But when it comes to the rare seat comfort it totally fails in it. The rare seat I quit congested and feels not so spacious while riding with 5 people.

 

 

Honda WR-V offers high ground clearance which could be good for off-roads. Unlike Ford EcoSport its cabin is spacious. But the engine is not so powerful than its rivals.
  


Ford EcoSport offer uniqe boot opening door which feels good to some people but some people really don’t like it. I personally like its boot opening door. The the spare wheel mounted on the boot door looks very nice. And it is the only SUV which offers the same type of spare wheel as its regular wheels, in its price range.

 

 

The striking and sharp looks of WR-V make this car feels more premium and eye catchy. Road presence of WR-V is really great as compare to Ford EcoSport. Honda should  upgrade Honda WR-V and bring its automatic transmission engine in market too.

 

Ford EcoSport is quit pricey than its rivals. And this is the reason its not the best mid range 5 seater SUV.

 

 

Like Ford EcoSport, Honda WR-V is pricier than its rivals too. It could be the reason its sale in Indian Market is too low.

 

Which one should you buy, Ford EcoSport or Honda WR-V???

Both the SUV’s has some pros and some cons, and whatever exists have some pros and cons cause nothing is perfect. So if you want a real powerful engine and sporty ride with sporty exhaust note and you can go for Ford EcoSport.
